The VACS® dilatation catheter

The VACS® dilatation catheter is a PTV balloon catheter with a coaxial design and an expandable balloon that can be positioned over a guidewire (over-the-wire). The low balloon profile of the VACS® II (PTV) balloon catheter allows the use of the smallest possible introducer set. In contrast, the VACS® III balloon catheter features a reinforced balloon segment that provides exceptionally high pressure resistance..
